This is two separate skirts worn as one.
Top layer is green with a ruffled finish in back and large fringe type finishing on front of skirt.
Bottom layer is orange, red, & blue. It has two straps holding the ‘under skirt’ part so you can make the front of the skirt as long or as short as you’d like.
Elastic waistband so it will fit a variety of sizes. If it’s too big, toss on a belt or corset and you are good to go!

First from medium/Large - 3/XL. If it’s too large, it will stay under a corset or tight belt. Skirt will expand to at least 3x.
Air dry and return. I will wash.
