This cloak / caplet is straight from Ireland.  It's perfect for a Highlander or Sherlock Holmes costumes. It's also great for period costumes.  It's lightweight but extremely warm. It's marked a Dublin size 11. It fits me with plenty of room to spare and I'm an L Xl with a 44 dd bust.
