Dress is based off a 1910 afternoon tea dress.  I custom made the dress and hat.  Material was dyed from white to this color then sewn.  Back has approx 80 pearl buttons like a wedding dress.  Dress is fully lined and made of cotton.  Hat has a waist length tulle, ribbon and lace veil that extends down the back to help create interest.
