This cocktail length formal dress is part of the limited Beauty and the Beast collection by Torrid. The dress tag says 28, but it runs small and fits like a American size 24 in Torrid's Standard Charts.
It has a draw tie in the back (see pictures) to help adjust sizes. Smallest size I could get it was Standard size 20 in America. The dress was left at this size for pictures.
Dress comes with built in petticoat and lining.
When I purchased it second hand there was a tear in the seam of the Chiffon, but I have repaired all of them. Dress will be shipped inside out to protect the chiffon.
