Medium, lot of stretch, if swimming slides down if you're smaller than a medium but can still be worn. Monofin is Finnish shooter fits up to size 10, wear socks for smaller sizes.

Always thoroughly rinse any pool water, salt water, sand or dirt from the tail before thoroughly drying it by propping it open while unzipped and running a fan to circulate the air inside. Tie off all loose scales and save any if they fall off, send back with the tail for routine maintenance.

Unzip all the way and insert one foot at a time into foot straps using shoe horn if needed and have a friend zip you up after carefully turning onto stomach. Have friend help lift and place the fluke into position for photos because its fragile and heavy especially when wet.
